The HEQSF-Online is a web-based application system that allows public and private higher education providers to submit applications for the HEQSF-alignment of programmes online.

The HEQSF-alignment process requires all existing institutions, public and private, offering existing and previously accredited higher education programmes to align with the Higher Education Qualifications Sub-Framework in some form, whether it be through a minor name change or a complete re-curriculation of the programme content. This process is completed via the HEQSF-online.
